Refund policy
We deal in Tech products.
All payments made on our website are considered as advance/booking amounts for order confirmation.
Once an order is confirmed, the advance amount is non-refundable.
Replacements are only applicable in case of:
Damaged product received
Manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a replacement, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.
Manufacturing Defect Process:
In case of a claimed manufacturing defect, the customer must ship the product back to our address at their own cost.
After the product is received, it will undergo proper inspection and verification.
We will verify:
Whether the product belongs to our store.
Whether the claimed defect actually exists.
If no defect is found or the issue claimed by the customer is not verified, no replacement will be provided.
In such cases, return shipping and any related charges will be borne by the customer.
Important Conditions:
The product must be unused and in original condition with original packaging.
Used products will not be eligible for replacement.
Refunds are not applicable for wrong address, customer unavailability, or change of mind.
If a product was purchased at an offer/discounted price, the customer must pay the remaining price difference (if applicable) before a replacement is processed.
Damaged Product Process:
In case a damaged product is received, the customer must provide a proper and continuous unboxing video.
The video must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
The shipping label
The full unboxing without any cuts or edits
Cut, edited, or unclear videos will not be accepted.
If the unboxing video is valid, the case will be investigated with the courier company.
The investigation process may take up to 7 working days.
After successful verification from the courier side, the replacement will be dispatched.
If no proper unboxing video is provided, no replacement will be issued.
